Vibrators "Sila" - Force adjustment

Agitated force adjustment

Vibrating motors agitated force adjustment is done in the following order:
  1. Unscrew screws pos. 13 – 8 pieces
  2. Dismantle two fenders pos. 2
  3. Unscrew bolts pos. 12 – 2 pieces
  4. To provide required agitated force, outer eccentric pos. 3 is rotated around the static inner eccentric pos. 4. The two eccentric pairs are placed in the same position. The table below shows eccentric mutual arrangement and corresponding agitated force:
    1.7 kN - 6 kN for Sila 21 and Sila 22.
    2.5 kN - 8 kN for Sila 31 and Sila 32.
  5. Screw bolts pos. 12 – 2 pieces
  6. Mount the two fenders pos.2. Mounting the two fenders is mandatory!
  7. Tighten screws position 13 – 8 pieces
