Schemes for vibrating motors electrical connection
scheme 1 (380 VAC)
scheme 2 (42 VAC)
Each vibrating motor is delivered by Ecoforce Ltd with 2m long lead cable. A feeder cable is connected to lead cable if needed. Only qualified electrician is authorized to connect lead cable and feeder cable. Do not use defective cables!
Vibrating motor's feeder cable must be HO7RN-F (IEC245-4 1980) type or its analogous Sh-K-P-T (BSS 1473-90) with 4х1,5 mm2
section for 380 VAC voltage and 3х2,5 mm2
section for 42 VAC voltage. Specified sections are suitable for cable lengths up to 40 m.
Vibrating motor should be overload and short-circuit protected by thermal-magnetic automatic circuit breakers (QF1 – scheme 1 and scheme 2).
Circuit breaker KM1 can be used for vibrating motor's remote control, when assembled to stationary equipment.
Safe separation transformer (scheme 2) supplies 42 VAC voltage to vibrating motor. Stator winding and current conductive parts are not connected to earth and protection wire (without protection terminal). Plug 3P/16A for 50V voltage must be used for connecting vibrating motor to the transformer.
Low-voltage panel supplies 380 VAC to vibrating motor. Vibrating motor's current conductive parts are electrically connected to earth protection terminal. Earthed wire (yellow-green) is also connected to the earth protection terminal.
When used outdoors it is strongly recommended to connect safe separation transformer and vibrating motor, supplied by voltage of 3x380V, to low voltage panel leads, protected with 30 mA fault current protection (BSS 364 / IEC60364).
