Repair of transformers

We repair low voltage transformers up to 690V using modern insulating materials and impregnating varnishes. The repair results in:

• increasing of the thermal insulation class;
• extension of the in between repair periods;
• improvement of the technical parameters etc

According to the working conditions of the repaired transformer we provide transformation adjustments according to standard rated voltages - phase 230V (instead 220V), inter-phase 400V (instead 380V)

Insulation materials, electrical insulation and impregnation varnish F class (155°С) are used in coil repairs. Winding wires used in the repair works are F class (155°С), H class (180°С) and C class (200°С). Before and after impregnation rewound coils are dried in drying ovens.
