About us

The ECOFORCE team includes electricians, locksmiths, turners, and coil winders with over 30 years of hands-on experience.

Our management and technical staff include a process engineer and an IT specialist with a second degree in electrical engineering.

ECOFORCE Ltd. operates its own production facility in Vidin, located in the Western Industrial Zone at 10 Tsar Ivan Asen II Street.

We have 1100 m² of covered space, with dedicated areas for:

• Dismantling and assembling electric machines, including preparation of stators or rotors for rewinding;
• Winding of coil sections, laying of stator (or rotor) windings, shaping of coil heads and terminals, and banding;
• Winding of submersible motors;
• Drying, impregnating, and curing of windings;
• Mechanical processing of components and parts used in electric machine repairs and in the production of vibration motors.

ECOFORCE Ltd. is equipped with both universal and specialized machinery to ensure high-quality repairs within optimal timeframes.

For nearly 30 years, ECOFORCE has been servicing asynchronous electric motors. During this time, we have developed and built a range of proprietary technological machines, enabling partial automation of the repair process and significantly reducing manual labor. Our equipment includes:

• 2 automatic ovens for insulation removal at up to 500°C, with dimensions: B=40cm, D=40cm, H=50cm and B=120cm, D=125cm, H=100cm — both CNC-controlled;
• Plasma cutting machine for stencil fabrication;
• Digital winding machine and tooling for flexible coil sections;
• Digital semi-automatic programmable unit for coil and electromagnet rewinding;
• Equipment for winding electromagnetic discs up to 1.6 m in diameter;
• 3 automatic drying ovens for baking and curing varnish at up to 200°C, with sizes: B=33cm, D=38cm, H=52cm; B=48cm, D=33cm, H=42cm; B=50cm, D=78cm, H=50cm; and B=90cm, D=95cm, H=88cm — with fully automated temperature and time control;
• Semi-automatic machine for insulation stripping from wires;
• Test bench for no-load and load testing of repaired machines at low voltage;
• Leak testing bench for oil-sealed chambers;
• Metalworking machinery:
  • 2 universal lathes;
  • 1 universal milling machine;
  • 1 cylindrical grinder;
  • 2 column-type drilling machines;
  • 1 CNC plasma cutting system.

Except for the metalworking machines, all other equipment has been custom-designed and manufactured in-house by ECOFORCE Ltd., tailored specifically to our needs — ensuring maximum efficiency.

We also utilize advanced electromagnetic calculation software for asynchronous motors and generators, allowing us to perform diagnostic analyses and redesign machines based on the unique requirements of each client.
