Adjustable agitating force single-frequency external electromechanical vibrating motors “Sila” type are intended for incorporation into equipment and facilities which are not used in harsh and/or hazardous environment.
The vibrating motor consists of unbalanced towards the axis of rotation weights and two working shaft ends of asynchronous еngine. When rotor revolves circular osillations are agitated in the vibrating motor and the associated mechanism.
Unbalanced weights are made of steel and are mounted in pairs on shaft end. The pair internal weight is fixed to the shaft. To provide the necessary trigger effect external weight can be fitted in different positions relative to the inside weight.
Unbalanced weights fuse is made of sheet steel.
Threaded connections between the bearing housings, stator and bearing caps are provided with washers.
The engine body is made of steel tube.
Bearing housings are made of cast iron.
Bearings are double-row roller.
Asynchronous motor winding is made of enameled wire. Insulation is "F" class.
Terminal box is located on body top.
Vibrating motor construction ensures stator winding shake-free function and shaft, bearing shields and hull details mechanical strength.
Three-phased asynchronous motor has a short-circuited rotor.
The supply voltage depending on the application is 380 VAC or 42 VAC and the frequency is 50Hz. When installing the engine to handheld machines and equipment the supply voltage is 42 VAC.
